Expanding from the original 5000 square meters of building area to the current 30000 square meters. The registered capital is 6 million yuan and the registered trademark is "Zheng". The company mainly produces three types of products: steel pipe scaffold fasteners, national standard fasteners, malleable steel fasteners, and construction fasteners, with models GKZ48A, GKD48A, and GKU48A. The head office is located in the industrial zone of Hejie Town, Xianxian County, adjacent to China National Highway 307 in the south, with convenient transportation and superior geographical location.Our company is a professional company that produces, sells, and leases steel pipe scaffold fasteners. For many years, we have been committed to the research and development and manufacturing of steel pipe scaffold fasteners. We have participated in multiple projects organized by the National Steel Pipe Scaffold Fastener Testing Center and the Hebei Quality Inspection Institute regarding the demonstration and standard formulation of fasteners. Our company has a young and high-quality professional team in management, research, and sales, including 8 people with intermediate professional titles (or above) and 10 professional technical and testing personnel. The company currently has 110 employees, with technical personnel accounting for 17% of the total population.The company adopts two domestically imported XZZ418ATLP fully automatic molding production lines, with full production rates from sand mixing, molding, sand cleaning, heat treatment, drilling, pressure testing, painting, and assembly. Not only is the production equipment advanced, but the company is also equipped with precise and advanced testing equipment, with four laboratories set up for chemical analysis, physical performance, molding sand testing, and metallographic testing, specifically serving the company's production process inspection, final product inspection, and type testing.
